Why buyers choose an EV scooter, and why they don't
The client had the awareness. It was losing the conversion.

Three layers, one answer.
Retrieved findings trace to real public data. Inferred findings come from the AI audience, grounded in that data.
The client is India's fourth choice.
Three rivals outsell it, and each owns a dimension the client doesn't. The sales leader sells 2.5× more, in a category both entered around the same time.
Awareness was never the problem. Conversion is.
The client's 135K monthly searches already beat the price leader's 110K. Searches per unit sold shows how hard each brand works for a sale: the client's 0.96× is real research interest that isn't converting into a proportionate lead.
The sale is decided by two reasons, not eight.
Parent-brand trust and range account for 304 of 602 purchase mentions. The other six combined don't outweigh either one alone.
Three rivals, three positions the client doesn't own.
What each rival wins on, in buyers' own words. Purchase-positive comments per brand, from 244 competitor-focused videos and 13,935 comments.

Metal build & heritage
Two narrower threats round it out: the price leader (4 signals) wins on price-per-feature and loses on service; a design-led niche brand (1 signal) is too thin a sample to generalise from.
An AI answer shapes the decision before the client gets a turn.
AI Overviews sit above every link for roughly 30–40% of product-comparison searches in India. Across all three searches checked, the client is framed as “affordable and feature-rich”. Never reliable, premium or service-backed.
Nine of ten dimensions are positive or mixed.
The top five by mentions make up 68% of all feedback. Buyers are talking about whether it works, not whether it's exciting. Storage is the only outright negative.
The practical commuter. Now cross-shopping the sales leader seriously.
25–44, SEC B–A, ₹4–10L household income, 20–60 km daily commute. DoppelIQ built four synthetic buyers from real Trends and YouTube signals and put 19 questions to them.
